THE INDUSTRY CHALLENGE

Bring the complete banking relationship into view.

A lending application brings together borrowers, guarantors, company documents and several internal teams. A missing record or uncertain reading can send the file back to the beginning.

The proposed connected journey keeps the source document, review responsibility and next action visible. Start with supported ID Secure capture, then agree the additional services needed for the bank.

  • Fragmented borrower and company documents
  • Approvals without a clear owner or next step
  • Supporting evidence scattered across teams

COMMON QUESTIONS

Plan with the right expectations.

Does this replace the bank’s KYC or credit decision?

No. Authorized bank staff remain responsible for customer acceptance, regulatory checks and lending decisions. Capture and document review support those responsibilities.

Can borrower and guarantor documents be reviewed separately?

The proposed journey keeps each participant’s records and outstanding items distinct. Supported document profiles and application rules must be agreed in the pilot.

Are core banking systems already connected?

No live core banking integration is implied. API access, identity controls, event handling and reconciliation need to be designed and tested with the bank.

Can we verify No Liability and No Dues letters?

These are planned Document Verification scenarios. Issuer authorization, disclosure and expiry or withdrawal rules must be agreed before release.

Do GUARD and SHIELD establish authenticity today?

No. GUARD originality detection and SHIELD fraud detectors require independent qualification. An inconclusive result is not a valid-document verdict.
